TAI — Trust & Attention Intelligence

Terms of service

Last updated 1 October 2026

The service

TAI reviews the LinkedIn jobs, connection requests, message senders and posts you can already see, researches them on the public web, and shows you a trust score with the evidence behind it. TAI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn.

Your account

You sign in with LinkedIn and must be at least 16. Keep your device and browser secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account and data at any time from Account → Privacy & data.

Using TAI fairly

Anonymous patterns

Using TAI includes contributing your own verified Profile Score to anonymous group statistics: combined with at least 49 other people’s, it helps produce patterns that TAI shares with customers through TAI Intelligence. Accepting these Terms records that contribution and what it may be used for. No record about you is ever sold or shared. To withdraw, delete your account in Account → Privacy & data; the next update no longer counts you. See the Privacy policy.

What a score means

A trust score is TAI’s assessment of the public evidence it could find and read at the time. It is not a statement of fact about any person or company, and it can be wrong or incomplete. Use it as one input to your own judgement; decisions you make remain yours.

Plans and payment

TAI is free to start: the Free plan includes one full check. Starter and Plus are subscriptions, billed in advance monthly or yearly through Stripe, which handles your card; TAI never sees it. Prices are shown before you pay and include any tax Stripe calculates for your country. You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then returns to Free. Payments are not refunded for part of a period, except where the law requires it. If a price changes, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Availability and liability

TAI is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, TAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the product before the change takes effect. How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
